In Iowa State University trials in 2006, hybrids protected by HERCULEX® I Insect Protection or HERCULEX XTRA Insect Protection prevented significantly less feeding damage from western bean cutworm than both the YieldGard® CB in-plant trait or non-Bt hybrids.
