So far in our journey From Barley to Beer, we’ve seen how malting barley is graded and tested as it comes into the malt house, and how it’s put through a process of steeping and germination to modify the grain.

In part three of this series, we’ll take a look at the final stages – how the grain is perfectly and precisely dried down to its final form: malt that’s ready for the brewers to turn into beer.
