The year following Korrex II application, fields can be rotated to barley, mustard, canola, chickpeas, corn, field beans, flax, lentils, peas, soybeans, sunflower, wheat or summerfallow.

When to Apply

Spring Application: Apply prior to seeding or up to 48 hours after seeding. Ensure ground crack has not occurred and no seedlings have emerged or crop damage will result.

Fall Application: Apply after fields have been harvested and green growth of weeds has resumed. Applications can be made up until a killing frost. Note: mild frost will enhance control of dandelion as long as green leaves are present when sprayed.

Tank Mixes and Mixing Instructions

Mixing instructions
Field sprayers should be properly calibrated and capable of uniform application at recommended water volumes. Good spray tank agitation is required. By-pass agitation is not sufficient. Field sprayers, including the tank, filters, nozzles, valves and booms should be cleaned prior to use.
  1. Fill the spray tank with 1/2 full of water.
  2. Start sprayer tank agitation.
  3. Add the required amount of Korrex II A Herbicide, continue agitation.
  4. Add the required amount of Korrex II B Herbicide, continue agitation.
  5. Add the required amount of glyphosate, continue agitation.
  6. Fill the sprayer tank with sufficient water to spray 50-100 L of spray mixture per hectare.

Grazing & Harvest

  • Do no graze treated areas within seven days of application.
  • Do not harvest treated crop within 60 days after application.
