Grower Agreement

As the developer of the trait, Dow AgroSciences must help ensure our traits are sold, grown and marketed in a way that all regulatory requirements are met. We have developed a number of tools to facilitate cooperation among seed sellers, growers and grain marketers. This will help ensure continued access to the latest insect protection technologies.

Growers must sign a formal agreement before the purchase and delivery of the seed containing HERCULEX^® Insect Protection. Your seed company representative will provide these forms.
