In an employee survey conducted on behalf of the Indiana State Chamber of Commerce, employees mentioned tangible things like great health and retirement benefits, an on-site fitness center, and the availability of flexible work hours. It was also significant to employees that the company supports its community through philanthropic work with the United Way, Habitat for Humanity and educational outreach to local students.
