How does the Brown Brush Monitor™ work?

The Brown Brush Monitor combines herbicide applications and mowing into a one-pass treatment method. The combination mower’s unique design separates the tasks of mowing and applying herbicides into two specialized chambers. For a detailed look at how it works, go to the page titled "How Does it Work?"

Why is the Brown Brush Monitor ideal for publicly sensitive areas?

In one pass, the combination mower cuts brush and weeds, and applies herbicides to the cut stubble in two separate chambers underneath the deck. This treatment option is not only low-profile, but it decreases the potential for physical herbicide drift due to windy conditions and helps avoid noticeable brownout of vegetation.

What makes the Brown Brush Monitor the most effective combination mower on the market?

Features that put the Brown Brush Monitor at the head of its class are the specialized chambers and side biomass discharge area. The separate mowing and application chambers increase efficacy and actually reduce the amount of herbicide used due to the brush applicator making direct contact with cut stubble. It is the first design to not broadcast herbicides under the mowing deck. The biomass discharge area removes cut brush so herbicides are not wasted on debris that’s already been cut.
