PropiMax fungicide is available for use on soybeans for the control of Asian soybean rust through Section 18 quarantine exemptions. The exemptions are valid through 2007 for use of these products in the states of AL, AR, CO, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI and WV. State limitations exist regarding the number of applications that can be made using approved Section 18 products.
