DuPont, Dow Resolve Dispute about Marketing of Certain Corn Seed Products
Indianapolis and Wilmington, Del. - January 11, 2011
Dow AgroSciences, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company, and DuPont business Pioneer Hi-Bred have resolved a dispute regarding the marketing of certain corn seed products sold through Pioneer's PROaccessSM business unit. As part of the resolution, Pioneer will continue to distribute products through its PROaccess business unit, with modified packaging. Further details were not disclosed.
