Mycogen Seeds Donates $10,000 to BOLD Public Schools

Donation Used to Purchase Computers

Indianapolis, IN - February 25, 2008

Dow AgroSciences and Mycogen Seeds are pleased to announce that a donation of $10,000 has been given to BOLD Public Schools (Bird Island, Olivia, and Lake Lillian District). The donation, made possible through The Dow Chemical Company Foundation, allows the district to purchase 10 computers for the high school Media Center and five computers for the Bird Island Media Center.

“Education is the key to future success, and we are pleased to be able to help the school district where one of our key seed production facilities is located,” says Danna Mikosch, Mycogen Seeds Olivia site leader. “This donation benefits youth in our community, including those of our employees, and we know these computers will enhance the learning environment for years to come.”
