Compliance

In the event a grower does not adhere to any part of the Grower Agreement as outlined in the Product Use Guide for WideStrike^® Insect Protection, processes and procedures are in place to remedy such situations. Dow AgroSciences has developed an Insect Resistance Management (IRM) Compliance Assurance Program. Annual surveys will be done to gauge grower compliance with IRM plans. If the level of adoption in a region falls below expectations, grower education in these areas will intensify.

Farmers who repeatedly fail to comply with IRM requirements may be restricted from future access to this and future technology offered by Dow AgroSciences.
