Yellow Toadflax
Family: Scrophulariaceae Structure: Smooth, erect, often over 3 feet tall, sometimes branched stem. Life Cycle: Perennial. Leaves: Long and narrow, numerous, pale green, smooth and pointed, attached directly to the stem. Flowers: Snapdragon-type, 1–1½ inches long with spur, bright yellow with deep orange center. Roots: Woody, well branched with many laterals. Treatment: Application Timing: Apply when the weeds are actively growing in the spring and before full bloom.
