Termite Risk Calculator

What are your home’s chances of being attacked? The following online test was developed by researchers Dina Richman and Dr. Phil Koehler at the University of Florida, Department of Entomology, Gainesville, Fla., to help homeowners determine termite infestation potential. It can help identify the likelihood of termites infesting your home, but it can’t positively indicate their presence. A professional inspection would give you the most accurate estimate of a termite infestation.

No kidding.

Termites can’t eat their way through concrete, but their soft bodies are really good at maneuvering through tiny cracks.
