AN ANNUAL CONTRACT

• A precise contract
  The annual agreement known as the Sentri*Tech Basic Contract includes the installation of the equipment and its maintenance, along with regular visits to the area being protected by a qualified professional, armed with an acoustic detector dubbed the "LOCATOR" for testing pieces of wood.
  
  
• A flexible contract
  The annual contract allows the owner to make payments by card and leaves him totally free to continue or stop the service whenever he wishes, in the event of sale, for example.
  
  
• Clear objectives
  The aim of our service is to place the property under active surveillance. It is therefore implemented independently of the infestation, and in this way, meets the expectations of owners who have the problem in their home or premises and for whom this contract is only one of the treatment stages. It also suits owners wishing to protect their uninfested properties located in high-risk areas.
  
  
• A comprehensive guarantee
  The service is combined with a guarantee that includes a curative service without additional invoicing, for an unlimited period of time.

CURATIVE SERVICE

• Regular inspection
  When termites are detected in the trap locations and the applicator observes the consumption of bait, the owner then opts for this service. The service includes the replacement of the bait consumed and the monitoring of the correct progression of the elimination process through regular visits.
  
  
• No extra cost for clients
  The provision of this service only in the event of "connection" is the owner's guarantee of only paying for what he needs. If there are no termites (monitoring or old damage), only the basic service will be undertaken.
