New appointments at Dow AgroSciences

Andrew Rhodes has been appointed as a Regional Business Manager for research-based agrochemical manufacturer Dow AgroSciences to cover Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk.

Mr Rhodes, who previously worked for Bayer Crop Sciences, brings a wealth of experience having spent some 24 years in the agricultural industry. A science graduate, Andrew also studied rural business management before joining the crop protection industry – initially in research and development before undertaking technical and commercial roles.

Mr Rhodes said: “I believe this is an exciting time to join Dow AgroSciences with exciting new products in the development pipeline. I am looking forward to the new challenges ahead.”

Dow AgroSciences’ UK Managing Director Donald Westwater added: “Andrew will make a vital addition to the team. He brings an in-depth knowledge of the cereal herbicides sector and a passion for East Anglian farming.”
