Tough on blackgrass yet gentle on the crop, UNITE is the latest pyroxsulam-based product for serious winter wheat growers. The unique formulation of pyroxsulam with flupyrsulfuron controls the most extensive spectrum of grass weeds of any product on offer. But breadth of weed spectrum does not compromise efficacy and UNITE controls blackgrass as well as any when used as part of a programme with an effective pre-emergence residual.

Flexibility is key to UNITE, it can be used as part of a stacked herbicide approach, enabling you to tailor treatments to specific weed challenges. With two modes of activity and very few restrictions on post-harvest crops and cultivations, UNITE is the tough product to protect yield and quality

Case Study: Banbury, Oxfordshire On a farm near Banbury, the following pictures were taken on 24th January 2012. An application of the coded product GF-2070, now branded as Unite, was made on 3rd December 2011. The pre-emergence used was 4.0 L/ha of Crystal. The pictures show excellent control of the blackgrass population and superb volunteer bean control.

Case Study: Lawshall, Bury St. Edmunds On a farm at Lawsahll, near Bury St. Edmunds, the following pictures were taken on 30th January 2012. They show an application od Unite sprayed on 16th November 2011. The pre-emergence used was 4.0 L/ha of Crystal + 0.35 L/ha Hurricane. The pictures show both excellent blackgrass and cranesbill control - there was also full control of sterile brome achieved as well.
