Dow AgroSciences News at the 2010 Farm Progress Show
Greetings:
Dow AgroSciences has much to share with you at the 2010 Farm Progress Show in Boone, Iowa.
Join us for a press conference Tues., Aug. 31, in the Farm Progress Show media tent. Casey Onstot, traits marketing manager, and Brian Barker, Global Business Leader, will be presenting some exciting news about the Dow AgroSciences Refuge-in-the-Bag Concept.
Micheal Owen, professor of agronomy and a weed management Extension specialist at Iowa State University, will present a daily seminar on the current weed management landscape as it relates to glyphosate-resistant and hard-to-control weeds. He'll also give his five-year outlook on what the industry can expect if new technologies are not adopted. The seminar, sponsored by Dow AgroSciences, will be held at 11 a.m. each day of the show in the Educational Seminar Tent, Lot 625.
New traits and technologies from Dow AgroSciences will be featured on the Ultimate Yield Tour. Visit us on Central Avenue between First and Second Streets to see field demonstrations and for the opportunity to interview Dow AgroSciences and Mycogen Seeds experts and business leaders.
New technologies you can expect to see on the Ultimate Yield Tour include:
