Active Ingredient: penoxsulam

Profile: Granite® herbicide is a granular herbicide providing contact and residual control of watergrass, plus selected broadleaf, sedge and grass weeds in California water-seeded rice. Specific weeds controlled include watergrass, California arrowhead, ricefield bulrush, ducksalad and water hyssop in the one- to three-leaf stage.

Application Timing:
Apply to two-leaf or greater rice when the second leaf is unfurled.  Targeted weeds should be in the one- to three-leaf stage or actively germinating.

Application Rates:
15 lb./A when weeds are in the one- to three-leaf stage; 18.5 lb./A when weeds exceed the three-leaf stage
